最近有点闲，于是去马云家的咸鱼网站上，淘了一个gamevice未拆封的游戏手柄（实际包装拆开过），一台日本BUFFALO WZR-HP-G450H的路由器，拿到手就发现日本人做的产品品质确实不一般，只是软件版本很老了，不稳定容易掉线。感觉日本人开发软件的能力确实一般，比如索尼手机。
看到这台路由器支持DD-WRT，于是上网找新版的固件。首先官网上有（http://buffalo.jp/support_ap/support/products/wzr_hp_g450h.html）：

日本人挺认真，2011年的产品，2018年还在更新维护固件。不过我不想用，因为没有用户的心得，不知道体验如何。

红色字体是我使用的版本，因为里面写的是for ALL PCB Revisions，我使用的固件名称是wzr_hp_g450h-dd-wrt-webupgrade-MULTI.bin。wzr_hp_g450h-dd-wrt-webupgrade-MULTI.zip
安装很简单，下载后登录路由器的管理页面192.168.1.1，然后在“管理”那一栏中，选择固件升级即可。
升级完信息显示如下：
路由器名称DD-WRT
路由器型号Buffalo WZR-HP-G450H
固件版本DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/05/15) std - build 27240
Kernel VersionLinux 3.10.80-rc1 #2982 Fri Jun 5 01:26:00 CEST 2015 mips
剩下的可以用SSH登录上路由器开始继续折腾了！DD-WRT开启SSH需要登录路由器管理页面，在“管理”---“远程管理”启用SSH，然后再“服务”---“secure shell”中启用SSHd。SSH用户名默认root，密码就是后台web页面的登录密码。

I have for sometime now, as many others on here it appears, had issues with the 20025 DD-WRT firmware for the WZR-HP-G450H. My Samba doesn't work, there's problems with DNLA and connecting devices, as well as dropped connections and a whole host of other issues.
Thankfully there is an official DD-WRT community build now available on the DD-WRT ftp site that has finally fixed all my issues with the Buffalo version.
